Bodycare and Candle Making Classes

All of our classes are aimed to teach you everything you need to know about your chosen craft so you can go home and confidently start your new hobby! 
Everything will be provided for you in the classes and there is no need to take notes as we will email you the instructions and helpful tips and tricks.

We take four people maximum per class and do require a 50% deposit to be made to save the spot.

Bodycare Class - $50 Per Person

Learn how to make your own body care products and personalise them with your favourite fragrances and colours. In this class we will discuss the benefits of making your own products and general safety procedures. We will make a Coconut wax body lotion, a lip balm, a lip sugar scrub, a perfume and a body scrub all of which you get to take home and show off! We will email you the instructions and helpful tips and tricks for making these products at home.

CLASSES ARE HELD EVERY SECOND TUESDAY 

Soap Making Classes - $45 Per Person

Learn how to make your own divine soap using the popular Melt and Pour Soap bases! We will discuss why Melt and Pour soap bases are the choice in soap making and general safety procedures  In this class we will make one cream and clear layered soap bar where you can incorporate salts, poppy seeds or glitter, one double layered soap bar, one tie dye/swirl soap bar, one crystal effect soap bar and one plain soap bar. You will get to choose all of your fragrances and colours for your soaps to personalise them to your own liking. We will email you the instructions and helpful tips and tricks for making your own soaps at home.

CLASSES ARE HELD EVERY FRIDAY

Candle Making Classes - $70 Per Person

The perfect class for getting started in candle making. In this class we aim to teach you all you need to know so you can begin making candles confidently. Candle Making is as much of a science as it is an artform. We will discuss the importance of following the "rules" in candle making like the correct wick sizes, the pros and cons of different soy wax blends, the importance of fragrance to wax ratios, temperatures and general safety procedures. In the class we will make a layered Spa Cup, create a tie dye effect in melts and make three jar candles in which you get to choose your fragrances, colours and flowers / glitters. We will email you the instructions and helpful tips and tricks for making candles at home. Your candles will need to stay with us over night to set properly before taking them home.
